Yosef Steinmetz is an associate at Cohen & Mizrahi LLP representing the interests of both consumers and the visually-impaired in individual and class-action litigation. Mr. Steinmetz has prior litigation and corporate transactional experience working on various business and consumer finance related matters, including: high-stakes commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions (from initial negotiation through due diligence and closing), general corporate structuring and formation, start-up formation and regulation, and the negotiation/drafting of commercial contracts.
Mr. Steinmetz received his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2015. Mr. Steinmetz served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Samuel Thumma of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Mr. Steinmetz is a member of the bar of the state of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
