Naomi Jawahar is an attorney at Cohen & Mizrahi LLP and represents consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Prior to joining the firm, Naomi was a law clerk for a Judge in New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division.
Naomi has prior litigation experience from interning with the Bronx Defenders in Family Defense, and from spending a semester working full time as a Student Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Naomi earned her Bachelor in Science in Industrial Labor Relations with a minor in Business from Cornell University in 2016, and then earned her Juris Doctor degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Naomi was on the Journal of Conflict Resolution, serving as Symposium Editor.
Naomi is a member of the New York State Bar and the Southern District and Eastern District Courts of New York.
