Levi Y. Eidelman is an associate in Cohen & Mizrahi’s Brooklyn Heights office, where he practices consumer protection litigation with a focus on federal statutes, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Eidelman practiced civil litigation in the Mass Tort and personal injury area, including in handling the national Hernia Mesh, Proton Pump Inhibitors, DePuy ASR hips, Stryker Rejuvenate, ABGII, and LFIT V40 multi-district litigations.
Mr. Eidelman received his J.D. from Cardozo School of Law in 2019, where he served as Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and co-led the Federalist Society’s Cardozo Chapter. He was awarded the Cardozo Scholarship Award throughout his three years in law school.
Mr. Eidelman is admitted to practice law in New York State and United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
