Joseph H. Mizrahi is a founding partner of the Firm and chairs the Firm’s Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) litigation department. Mr. Mizrahi also serves as the Firm’s managing partner. Mr. Mizrahi further assists in the prosecution of unscrupulous debt collectors on behalf of consumers under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Mr. Mizrahi has led hundreds of class action and individual litigations seeking injunctive and monetary relief against both publicly-traded and private corporations that violate the ADA. These litigations focus on vindicating the rights of the visually impaired who regularly encounter various barriers on company websites and other places of public accommodation.
Mr. Mizrahi earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College, where he graduated with national honors. Mr. Mizrahi earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2015. Mr. Mizrahi is a member of the NY bar and is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Colorado, and the Northern District of Illinois.
